I purchased a beautiful, yellow acrylic fountain pen from PenZ-Ultimate at a craft fair/makers market. The owner was wonderfully knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. PenZ-Ultimate provided excellent after-sales service, quickly responding to messages and kindly sending me an additional nib unit. It is clear that the owner is passionate about his craft and the quality of the products reflects that. The pen quickly became one of my favourite pens to write with in my collection. The acrylic is incredibly smooth and feels perfectly balanced to write with. The cap seal is a perfect fit so I have been able to leave fast-drying inks loaded in the pen without the feed drying out at all. I can wholeheartedly recommend these wonderful pens and the business as a whole.

Bought a gorgeous wooden pen last year ,it is stunning, writes beautifully .I needed some refills ,the gentleman's service was outstanding from communication to payment .
I purchased a second pen for my daughter for Christmas, again beautiful.
Sadly it developed a slight fault so I contacted the gentleman ,the service recieved was outstanding and a new pen given.
I am going to purchase another this year for a gift because they are so lovely to write with and so smooth to hold.
Highly recommend the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness this gentleman provides .
