I purchased a beautiful, yellow acrylic fountain pen from PenZ-Ultimate at a craft fair/makers market. The owner was wonderfully knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. PenZ-Ultimate provided excellent after-sales service, quickly responding to messages and kindly sending me an additional nib unit. It is clear that the owner is passionate about his craft and the quality of the products reflects that. The pen quickly became one of my favourite pens to write with in my collection. The acrylic is incredibly smooth and feels perfectly balanced to write with. The cap seal is a perfect fit so I have been able to leave fast-drying inks loaded in the pen without the feed drying out at all. I can wholeheartedly recommend these wonderful pens and the business as a whole.
